1/2 cup	sugar substitute of your choice, we use non-aspartame (can use real sugar)
1/3 cup	cider vinegar
2 tsp	lemon juice
2 tsp	finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp	salt
2/3 cup	vegetable oil
2 tsp	poppy seeds
	----------------- Salad: ----------------
10 cup	torn greens
1 cup	shredded Swiss cheese (we love Gruyere)
1 x	chopped apple
1 x	chopped pear
1/2 cup	dried cranberries

Instructions:

Instructions: Make dressing. Refrigerate. Make salad, toss with just enough dressing to coat salad-dont drench it with dressing.
