Instructions: Greek Feta cheese is a soft but firm brilliantly white cheese made ideally from sheeps or goats milk. It has a sharp lightly salty taste and a sheepy fragrance which I love. A good Feta is extremely appetising. In Greece it is ubiquitous as it is served at all times of the day for breakfast for mezze for lunch at dinner and in between for snacks as well. It is also crumbled and used in stuffings for pies from cheese pies to courgette or spinach pies and over salads.
