Instructions: Heat broiler. In a small jar, combine lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and shake until salt dissolves. Add 1/4 cup of the oil and shake again to combine. Halve radishes lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Quarter tomatoes. Cut zucchini lengthwise into quarters and then into thin slices. Crumble feta. Combine radishes, tomatoes, zucchini, red onion, feta and the dressing. Brush pitas on both sides with remaining 1 tablespoon oil and broil until hot, about 1 minute per side. Cut bread in half and fill with the feta salad.
