Instructions: Pit and chop the olives. Towel dry.
Fit the bowl of a food processor with the metal blade. Place all ingredients except the milk in the bowl in the order listed. Pulse to combine to a coarse crumb (no more than 5 seconds). Do not over-process. Measure the buttermilk. Turn on the machine and add the milk in a slow steady stream through the feed tube. Stop machine when dough forms a ball: about 3 seconds. Knead lightly on a lightly floured or cornmealed surface. Roll out to a thickness of 3/4-inch and cut into 4 or 6 squares. Place on nonstick baking sheet and bake in preheated oven 425F for 12 minutes until golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes. Serve. Serving Ideas : Salty accompaniment for a soup or salad. NOTES : TIP: The cheese, olives, bisquick, and soy margarine are salty. We did not add more salt during our test. Email this Recipe:
