Recipe for Fettuccine with Mint Salsa

1 clv	garlic
1 x	2 jalapeno or serrano peppers, seeded and
	deveined
2 lb	ripe tomatoes OR 1 28-ounce can, seeded
3 tbl	chopped min
1 tsp	sugar
1 tsp	cumin
1 tsp	salt
1 tbl	lemon juice
3 tbl	olive oil
1 lb	fettuccine, cooked until al dente

Instructions:

Instructions: Place all ingredients except fettuccine and olives in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Toss with hot pasta and olive.

Serves 6
