Deseed and finely chop the pepper and chilli. To make the sauce heat the oil in a large nonstick saucepan. Add the onion pepper chilli and crushed garlic. Cover and cook on the simmering plate for about 7 minutes or until the onion begins to soften. Add the spices and tomato paste; cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour in the wine and bring to the boil then bubble to reduce by half. Add the tomatoes then seasoning and cook uncovered on the grid shelf on the floor of the roasting oven for about 30 minutes or until the sauce is reduced and thickened. Add the prawns and heat through for 1 to 2 minutes only. Season to taste. Bring the pasta to the boll in a pan of salted water then transfer to the simmering oven until just tender. Drain well. Stir the sauce through the pasta to serve. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. aga tip: cooking pasta in the simmering oven ensures it does not boil over and create a mess.
