Instructions: Cook fettucine according to package directions. In Dutch oven, brown ground beef. Drain. Return to oven, add olive oil, garlic, and onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are clear. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, red wine vinegar, and spices. Stir to blend well. Simmer until sauce thickens. Drain fettucine when tender. Spoon meat sauce over each serving, top with lettuce and cheddar cheese.
