1 x	egg equivalent beaten lightly
1 sm	yellow onion finely chopped
1 tsp	Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp	salt and pepper
4 oz	nonfat cheese
1 x	clove garlic minced
2 tbl	red bell pepper chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: * (Monterey jack, cheddar, hot pepper, your choice)

Combine all ingredients and shape into 4 burgers. Proceed as in cheese-stuffed burgers.
