1 x	Jumbo Vidalia onion, chopped (with green tops if in season) OR
2 med	Vidalia onion, chopped (with green tops if in season)
3 tbl	Sliced black olives
3 tbl	Chopped green chili peppers
1 lrg	Tomato, peeled or chopped OR
2 med	Tomatoes, peeled or chopped
3 tbl	Olive oil
1/2 tsp	Wine vinegar
1/8 tsp	Cumin
1 dsh	Worchestershire sauce
1 dsh	Tabasco sauce

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine the above ingredients and chill well. Serve with corn chips.
