Instructions: 1. Roast and peel Anaheim chilies, remove seeds & stem and chop coarsely
2. Mince onion and Serrano chile fine. Add minced cilantro. 3. Remove stem and cut figs into chunks 4. Toss all in a bowl gently to not break figs. 5. Add sugar, salt and lime juice, mix all and allow to stand to 30 min. Serve with Chicken or grilled pork. Email this Recipe:
