250 gm	Merguez sausages
1 can	Chick peas, drained
1 x	Red onion, sliced and grilled
1 x	Tomato, peeled and sliced
1 pkt	Flat parsley, picked
1 x	Clove garlic, crushed
4 x	Figs, sliced
	Olive oil
1 x	Lemon, juice of

Instructions:

Instructions: Grill the sausages and slice 3cm thick.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

Pile nicely on serving plates.
