Instructions: Remove stems from figs. Cut almost in half, open up to stuff. In food processor mix together ricotta, ground almonds, lemon & orange rind, vanilla & almond extract & honey. Process to blend. Stuff each fig with flavored ricotta. Garnish with toasted nuts.
