4 x Filet mignon steaks, (8 ounces each)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
----------------- PASILLA CHILE BBQ SAUCE ----------------
1/2 cup New Mexicostyle BBQ Sauce
2 tbl Maple syrup
2 tbl Pasilla chile powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients well and marinate filets for 1 hour. Prepare a wood or charcoal grill and let burn down to embers. Remove filets from BBQ sauce and cook on grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
