Instructions: Finely slice onions.
Cut meat into thin slices and pound out to flatten slightly. Combine all ingredients for marinade in a bowl, add beef and mix together well. Allow to sit 2 hours, mixing together regularly. Heat 1/2 the oil in wok, add sliced onions, saute gently 3 minutes, until just golden. Transfer to heated serving plate. Heat remaining oil in wok and saute beef pieces quickly until brown on both sides. Only do a bit at a time over high heat. Overcooking will toughen meat. Remove from pan and arrange over onions. Serve with stir fry brocolli , snow peas and egg noodles. Email this Recipe:
