Instructions: Cut pork into thin strips. Heat the butter in a large frying pan over moderate heat, add pork & onions, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Stir in the flour, cook for a further 1 minute. Increase the heat to high, stir in wine & mustard, mix thoroughly. Stir in the cream, salt & pepper, heat through. Serve on a bed of rice.
