Instructions: In a soup pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat and saute the onion and garlic for 5 minutes, or until the onion is tender.
Add the ground beef and brown for 8 to 10 minutes, or until no pink remains, drain off the excess liquid. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. This recipe yields 8 servings.
