Instructions: Season fish with pepper and paprika and cook in the oil for 40 seconds on each side.
Sprinlele with lemon juice. Place half in a buttered ovenproof dish. Brown the onion garlic and ginger in the butter. Add coriander mix well. Spread over the fish and arrange the other fillets on top. Drizzle on any butter left in the pan. Spread the chutney evenly over the fish and bake uncovered at 180 degrees C for about 12 minutes.
