455 gm Coley or cod fillet, fresh or defrosted, skinned and cubed
1 x 15 ml spoon sunflower oil
1 sm Onion, chopped
1 x Clove garlic, crushed
1 x 430 g jar Balti sauce
Salt and pepper
2 x Tomatoes, quartered
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil in a large pan. Cook the onion and garlic for 1 minute.

Add the Balti sauce. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes, add the fish and seasoning. Cover and cook gently for 15 minutes.

Lightly stir in the tomatoes and green beans or spinach. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with naan bread or Basmati rice.
