	For a southern flavour, try: ----------------
1 cup	unbleached white flour
1 tsp	onion powder
1 tsp	parsley
1 tsp	paprika
1 tsp	garlic powder
1/2 tsp	salt
1/4 tsp	pepper
	For a lighter and slightly exotic
	breading,try:
1/2 cup	sifted chick pea flour (garam flour or besan at Asian stores)
1/2 cup	unbleached white flour
	with:
1 tbl	mixed herbs
1/2 tsp	salt
1/4 tsp	pepper
	or:
2 tsp	curry powder or garam masala
1/2 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: I like herbes de province (more flavour than fines herbes), Old Bay, and Spike, but fish breaded in the curry mixture is wonderful.
