2 lb Fish (pollock, swordfish)
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
1 x Crushed garlic clove
1/2 tsp Powdered cumin
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut fish into serving pieces. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over fish: marinate 1 hour, turning once or twice. Broil on one side 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
