Instructions: Preheat the griller.
Place fillets in a bowl and toss with lemon and lime juice, pepper and cayenne and stand for 10 minutes. Lightly butter an oven tray, lay on fillets evenly spaced. Mix breadcrumbs, herbs, mustard, oil and melted butter together until bread is coated but still loose. Press lightly on top of the fish about 1 cm thick. Put the fillets into a 185C/370F for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overcook. Place on individual dishes with lemon/lime butter sauce. Email this Recipe:
