Instructions: Cut fish into 3 cm squares. Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl, add fish and marinate 2 hours.
Cut onion and capsicum into 2 cm squares. Thread onto metal skewers, alternating fish with onion and capsicum. Oil a tray and lay fish on top. Moisten fish with marinade. Grill on BBQ or cook under a hot grill, turning and brushing with marinade until cooked through (about 6 minutes). Serve on a bed of rice pilaf and glaze with hollandaise sauce. Email this Recipe:
