Ingredients:

1/4 lb Fish fillets or steaks - (1/2" thick)
1 tbl Lime juice
1 med Onion sliced
1 med Green pepper cut into 3/4" chunks
1 x Garlic clove minced
1 tbl Vegetable oil
2 med Tomatoes cut into chunks
1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1/4 cup Sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
1 dsh Red pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Sprinkle fish with lime juice; set aside. Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in oil until tender-crisp. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Simmer until most of liquid evaporates, about 3 to 5 minutes. Place fish in skillet, spooning sauce over. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Turn fish and spoon sauce over. Simmer an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until fish turns opaque and just flakes when tested with fork. To serve, spoon sauce over fish and garnish with capers, if desired.
