Instructions: Cut the onion into slivers, rings, or chunks and fry in butter or margarine or sprayed pan until the onions are tender and translucent.
Remove from pan. Separate fish into serving-size portions and cook over moderate heat on one side for about five minutes. Turn and cook another three minutes. Return onions to pan and add marmalade. Continue cooking about two more minutes. Serve fish with marmalade/onion mixture as a sauce. Serves two with a salad only, four with side dishes. This is also a good way to fix chicken.
