Ingredients:

4 x fillets of fish, preferably sole
3 x chopped scallions
1 tbl oil
2 tbl tahini (sesame sauce)
2 tbl soy sauce
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
2 cup waster
2 tbl cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Instructions: Place fillets in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. While they are baking, saute scallions in oil for 5 minutes. Add tahini paste, soy sauce, ginger and 2 cups water. While this is heating, make a paste of the cornstarch in 1-4 cup water. Add to the sauce stirring until thickened. Taste and add salt. Simmer together for about 10 minutes or until fish is done. Pour the sauce over the fish and serve at one.

Makes 4 servings.
