2 x Lemons,juice and grated peel
2 tbl Capers,chopped,finely
2 x Garlic Cloves, smashed
8 tbl Bread Crumbs
Salt
Pepper
1 x Egg
22 oz Fishfilet
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Sprinkle fish with the lemonjuice.

2. Mix breadcrumbs with capers,garlic and lemon peel, add salt and pepper.

3. Mix egg in a dish; dip fish in it, then in the bread crumb mix until
coated very good.

4. Heat oil and fry the fish crispy brown on both sides. Translated by Brigitte
