Instructions: For those who dont like fish, try drowning it in some yummy lowfat sauce.
We like to brush on mustard and then top it with some chunky tomatoes mixed with olives, or salsa works well, or some pureed pimentos. anything strong and chunky works well if you dont like fish. As far as cooking goes, I grill fish to 150 degrees. by the time you get it to the table and eat it, it will be at 160 degrees, the temp needed to kill bacteria and any other nasties in the fish.
