3 tbl Butter
1 cup Chopped onions
4 slc Pike or whitefish
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 cup Water
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt the butter in a skillet. Brown the onions, then arrange the fish over them. Sprinkle with the paprika, salt and pepper. Add the water. Cook over low heat 45 minutes. Stir the sour cream into the sauce. Taste to correct seasoning and serve hot.

Serves 4.
