Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
2 cup	good quality mayonnaise
1 cup	sweet chilli sauce, (any variety)
1/4 cup	chilli sauce, up to 1/2, up to
	two limes, juice of
1 stk	celery, chopped
2 x	pickled cucumbers, chopped
2 tbl	worcestershire sauce
1 tbl	horseradish, (1 to 2)

Instructions:

Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process quickly, just until all the ingredients are well mixed and the dressing is smooth. Do not process!

Keep chilled for up to two months.
