1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
1/2 cup Bread flour
1/4 cup Aramanth flour*
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Soy flour
1/4 cup Rolled oats
2 tbl Powdered milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tbl Honey
1/4 cup Flax or sesame seeds
3/4 cup Sourdough starter
1/2 cup Water
----------------- DIRECTIONS FOR 1.5 LB LOAF ----------------
1/4 tsp Active dry yeast
1/4 cup Bread flour
1/4 cup (plus 2 tb) Aramanth flour*
1/4 cup (plus 2 tb)Whole wheat flour
1/4 cup (plus 2 tb) Soy flour
1/4 cup (plus 2 tb) Rolled oats
3 tbl Powdered milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tbl Vegetable oil
1/2 tbl Honey
1/3 cup Flax or sesame seeds
1 cup (plus 2 tb)Sourdough starter
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturers directions. Let the loaf cool completely before slicing.
