Instructions: The original recipe
(found on a garlic web page) called for marinating an entire frying chicken, cut up, and baking at 350 degrees F for 60-75 minutes. But it makes a great stir-fry. Mix marinade ingredients in a Ziploc. Add cubed chicken. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Cook rice in orange juice. Prepare vegetables. Cook chicken and marinade in wok or pan until chicken is done but still tender. Add vegetables. Cover to steam for a few minutes. Stir in rice and steam a few more minutes. NOTES : Even better as leftovers. About 450 calories/serving and 4.4% CFF depending on the vegetables you use. Email this Recipe:
