Instructions: Peel the bananas.
Heat butter in a heavy frying pan and fry the bananas turning them over carefully, until they are golden. Sprinkle with sugar and continue cooking until the bananas are a golden brown colour. Add orange juice and stir to dissolve the sugar, then add the Grand Marnier. Heat the brandy, ignite and pour over bananas and serve. Serve with crepes if desired. Email this Recipe:
