Recipe for Flambeed Bananas in Rum

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
4 x	Bananas
2 tbl	Brown sugar
2 tbl	Dark rum
2 x	Oranges, zest of
1 oz	Butter

Instructions:

Instructions: Cut each banana into 3 pieces. Melt the butter in a pan and add the sugar, orange zest and rum.

Mix in the bananas over a medium heat. Add more rum and flambe, using a match to light the alcohol. Allow the flames to go out.

Serve with clotted cream.
