Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1 can condensed milk, sweetened Nonfat, (12 oz)
1/2 cup skim milk
egg substitute to equal 4 large eggs
Instructions:
Instructions: In heavy saucepan, melt sugar over high heat, stirring constantly until completely dissolved and carmelized. Pour into ungreased 9" round cake or flan pan and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over carmelized sugar. Cover pan with aluminium foil and set inside larger
baking dish. Pour hot water around inner pan to depth of 1". Bake at 350F
for 50 - 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes clean. Remove from pan and chill thoroughly (4 - 6 hours). To serve: Run knife around edges of pan to loosen, invert onto serving platter and cut into wedges.

Makes 8 - 10 servings.

Variation: Add 1/4 c. instant coffee crystals to skim milk, microwave or cook over low heat until dissolved. Cool to room temperature and continue as
above. (Personally my favorite way to make this).
