Instructions: Grease a 30cm X 20cm lamington tin. In a small saucepan melt margarine. Stir in sugar, golden syrup, oats and salt, mix well. Spoon into prepared tin and pat out.
Place in a moderate oven (350F) and bake for 25 minutes. While still warm, cut into 16 pieces and leave to cool. Makes 16. Email this Recipe:
