Instructions: Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in pan. Remove from the heat and stir in the oats, salt and mixed spice. Spoon the mixture into an 8 inch prepared tin.
Cook in the centre of a moderate oven 180 C/350 F/gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Leave in the tin to cool slightly then cut into finger bars. Email this Recipe:
