1/2 lb flathead or shark cut bite size
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry or vermouth
8 x canned water chestnuts cut in half
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix soy sauce and sherry or vermouth. Marinate fish and water chestnuts in the mixture for about 15 minutes.

Wrap a piece of fish and half a water chestnut with a half strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Broil until the bacon is crisp.

This recipe yields 16 appetizer servings.
