Recipe for Flathead with Lemon Butter

Amount	Ingredient
3 cup	Water
1 lb	Fresh flathead fillets
1/2 cup	Melted butter (1 stick)
2 tbl	Lemon juice

Instructions:

Instructions: In frypan bring water to boil; add flathead. Cover & simmer 6-8 minutes. Carefully remove fish from water. In small bowl blend butter, lemon juice & parsley. Serve immediately with Lemon Butter.
