Instructions: In lrg. bowl, combine all ingredients except extracts, boiling water and whipped cream; mix well. Place 1 1/2 cups of mixture in sm. bowl. Add vanilla extract; mix well. Add almond extract to remaining mixture in large bowl; mix well. Store each in tightly covered container. To serve: Combine 3 tbsp. of desired mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir to blend. Garnis
