Instructions: Reportedly, flaxseeds make a great egg replacer in baking. Simply mix 1 tbsp ground flax plus 3 tbsp water per called-for egg. The mixture doesnt need to be cooked at all. Let it sit for a minute or two and it will become thick. Then simply proceed with your recipe.
NOTES : I have used flax seeds a couple of times with some success. I didnt let them soak - I took whole flax seeds, dumped them in a blender with some water, and whirred away at high speed.
