Instructions: Brown pork chops in 2 tablespoons butter. Remove chops and saute onion in same pan. Mix Burgundy, broth and tomato paste together. Return chops to pan; season with salt, pepper and basil. Pour wine mixture over shops, cover and simmer for 1 hour until chops are tender. Remove chops to platter. Mix 2 tablespoons butter and flour into a paste and stir into pan juices until they thicken. Pour over chops and serve.
