Instructions: Rinse the pieces of cod under cold water pat dry trickle lemon juice over them.
Butter an ovenproof dish place the pinach in it arrange the fish on top and season with salt. Place the potato slices round the edge and the chopped tomatoes and garlic over the fish. Pour over the stock. Season with pepper and scatter over the grated cheese. Add the butter divided into small flakes. Bake at 220 degrees C/425 degrees F/gas 7 for 20 minutes. Email this Recipe:
