1 pkt Stouffers creamed spinach defrosted
1 x baked 9" pie crust
4 x eggs beaten lightly
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
6 x strips bacon cooked until crisp,
drained and crumbled
2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine eggs and flour until smooth in medium bowl. Add creamed spinach, bacon, Swiss cheese, milk, onion, nutmeg and pepper; stir well to combine. Pour into pie crust.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

This recipe yields 6 servings.

Comments: Defrost creamed spinach in microwave on 50% power for 5 to 6 minutes.
