24 oz Flounder 6 Ounces Each
2 tbl Grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 tsp Dried Basil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
8 slc Tomato About One Medium
4 slc Onion 1/8 Inch Thick
1/2 cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F. Cut 4 (15X14 inch) pieces of parchment paper; fold in half crosswise, creasing firmly. Trim each piece of parchment into a large heart shape. Unfold parchment, and place on baking sheets.

Place 1 fillet on each parchment heart, near the crease. Combine cheese and next 4 ingredients (cheese through black pepper); sprinkle evenly over fish. Arrange tomato and onion slices over cheese mixture; sprinkle with bell pepper. Fold over remaining half of each parchment heart. Starting with rounded edge, pleat and crimp edges together to seal. Twist ends to seal. coat tops of parchment hearts with cooking spray.

Bake a 400F for 12 minutes or until puffy and lightly browned. Place on individual serving plates and cut open. Serve immediately.
