Ingredients:

1/2 cup 100% corn oil margarine
1 tbl Dill weed
2 cup Thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup Sliced onion
1 pkt (9oz) green beans
1 lb Flounder fillets
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Lemon juice
3/4 tsp Salt
White pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt all margarine except 1 Tbls. in skillet; stir in dill weed. Layer potatoes, onions & green beans in skillet; top with flounder.

Sprinkle top with water, lemon juice, salt & white pepper; dot with remaining margarine. Cover, reduce heat & simmer until potatoes are done about 20 minutes. (Do not overcook.) Garnish with lemon slices.
