Instructions: Melt all margarine except 1 Tbls. in skillet; stir in dill weed. Layer potatoes, onions & green beans in skillet; top with flounder.
Sprinkle top with water, lemon juice, salt & white pepper; dot with remaining margarine. Cover, reduce heat & simmer until potatoes are done about 20 minutes. (Do not overcook.) Garnish with lemon slices. Email this Recipe:
