Instructions: In a skillet over medium-low heat, stir in all ingredients except flounder until butter is melted. Add flounder to the hot butter mixture in the skillet; cover and cook 5-6 minutes or until flounder flakes easily. Baste flounder occasionally with butter mixture in skillet. Place flounder on serving platter and garnish with slices of lemon, if desired.
