1 lb flounder fillets cut in 4 pieces
1/2 tbl margarine
1 tbl lemon juice
1 med green onion thinly sliced
1 tbl chopped fresh dill
(or 3/4 tspn dried dill)
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Add dill, lemon juice, and onion. Add flounder to margarine mixture; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, basting occasionally, until flounder flakes easily.

Arrange flounder and sauce on a warm platter. Garnish with lemon slices.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
