Instructions: Place evaporated milk in mixing bowl in freezer along with beaters. and freeze until soft crystals form around edge of milk 20-25 minutes.
dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. add 1/3 cup orange juice and orange rind. Place in refo and chilluntil the consistancy of unbeaten egg whites. Remove evaporated mik from freezer and whip untl stiff. add reserved 2 T orange jice and whip until very stiff. Fold in chilled gelatin mixture and well drained fruit cocktail. spoon into crust.
