1/4 cup bread flour

2 tbl olive oil
2 tsp basil or rosemary
1 tsp sea salt optional

2/3 cup water
2 tbl olive oil
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp basil or rosemary
2 tsp sugar
3 cup bread flour
1/2 tsp yeast
----------------- Topping ----------------
1/8 tsp garlic powder
3 tbl olive oil
1 tbl basil or rosemary
Instructions:
Instructions: Remove dough from machine and, using your fingers, press the dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Spread topping over dough and bake in a preheated 375F oven for about 30 minutes.

NOTES : Say foh-CAH-chee-ah. This cousin to pizza, cut into small wedges or squares, is the perfect accompaniment to soups or salads. Or serve as an appetizer or with a buffet. Delicious served hot or cold, as a snack or with a meal.
