1 lb Swiss Cheese, shredded
3 tbl Flour
1/2 cup Dry Sauterne
3 tbl Brandy
Instructions:
Instructions: Dredge cheese in flour. Heat wine in fondue dish until bubbles rise. Stir in cheese a little at a time. Continue to stir until mixture blends. Add pepper and nutmeg to taste, salt if needed. Serve with bread cubes.
